各行其道:要做就做,不做滚蛋

Exploring the blind spot of corporate management: preserving the natural paths of all things.

Nowadays, freedom increasingly becomes an ideology rather than a lived experience. It rarely translates to the individual level, where system-imposed constraints set by corporate management restrict rather than empower people.

Institutions constantly forgo the principle of freedom to keep their own agenda, moving into aggressive cost-cutting that destroys human options. Some might even argue that institutions operate autocratically - forgetting that through sound governance, they can and should protect the vulnerable and advance human progress.

Combating this institutional decay requires detaching from prepackaged narratives propagated by mainstream media, political elites, and educational institutions, while casting one’s gaze far back to discern the foundational philosophy of true governance:

观天为象,察地为法

Just as everything has its natural place, space must be preserved for individuals, and resources must be shared equitably. Efficiency is achieved not by forcing all things into rigid moulds, but by recognizing that everything has its unique strengths and limitations.

尺有所短,寸有所长

Maintaining alignment with this principle amidst the turbulence of economic upheavals requires profound self-awareness. When governance forgets this fundamental law and reduces options to mere compliance or exit, it leaves individuals no choice but to forge their own paths. That is realpolitik, built from the ground up.
